UAB Tagrise Technologies ("we", "us") operates Resto Pilot, a restaurant ordering and operations platform. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our websites and apps, including restaurant tenant sites powered by Resto Pilot.
Data we collect
- Account and identity — name, phone number, email address (when provided), and sign-in identifiers from Google, Facebook, or WhatsApp when you choose those continue options at checkout.
- Orders and service — items ordered, branch, table or delivery details, payment method selection, order status, rewards points, and related notes you submit.
- Staff accounts — credentials and role assignments for restaurant team members created by restaurant administrators.
- Technical data — device/browser type, IP address, session cookies, and push notification tokens if you opt in.
- Support messages — information you send through our contact form or email channels.
How we use data
We use personal data to:
- Process and fulfil orders and show order history
- Authenticate you and keep your session secure
- Operate rewards, coupons, and customer notifications
- Provide restaurant staff with the operational tools they need
- Respond to support requests and improve the platform
- Meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations
Restaurant tenants
When you order from a restaurant using Resto Pilot, that restaurant receives the information needed to prepare and hand off your order. Each restaurant is responsible for how it uses customer data in its own operations, subject to applicable law and its policies.
Third-party sign-in and messaging
If you continue with Google, Facebook, or WhatsApp, those providers process data according to their own policies. We receive only the profile fields needed to create or link your account (such as name, email, or verified phone number). WhatsApp OTP codes are sent through Meta's messaging API.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for orders, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls for staff tools.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
