These terms govern your use of Resto Pilot websites and services operated by UAB Tagrise Technologies. By browsing, continuing at checkout, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The service
Resto Pilot provides menu browsing, ordering, rewards, staff workspaces, and related tools for restaurants and their guests. Features may vary by restaurant and subscription plan.
Your account
You may continue with Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, or phone credentials where offered. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping staff passwords confidential. Do not share access with unauthorised persons.
Orders and payments
Menu items, prices, availability, and fulfilment are set by each restaurant. Payment handling depends on the restaurant's configured methods. UAB Tagrise Technologies provides the ordering platform; the restaurant is responsible for preparing orders and resolving service issues on site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or to harass others
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
- Submit false orders or abuse rewards or promotions
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission
Restaurant operators
Restaurants using Resto Pilot are responsible for accurate menu data, staff permissions, customer communications, and compliance with food-safety and consumer laws in their jurisdiction.
Availability and changes
We may update features, suspend access for maintenance, or modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.UAB Tagrise Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from restaurant service or third-party integrations beyond mandatory legal limits.
